Questions about official Florence County criminal records belong with the agency that created or maintains the file. This private site cannot retrieve a record or accept a filing. The routes below identify the local and state offices responsible for court files, sheriff reports, bookings, statewide criminal histories, police reports, and expungement matters.

This Is Not a Government Office. Florence County Criminal History is privately operated. It cannot retrieve an official file, perform a government records check, change a record, or receive an expungement application. The responsible public office must handle each of those services.

  • Police incident reports: the agency that wrote the report, such as Florence Police at 843-665-3191 or Lake City Police at 843-374-5421
  • Expungement: Twelfth Circuit Solicitor, 180 N. Irby Street, Box Q, Florence, SC 29501; 843-665-3091

Call before visiting. Sheriff-created reports may not yet be complete or releasable, and FCSO directs public-record requests to its secure NextRequest portal. Court copies come from the clerk that heard the matter rather than the sheriff.
